The combination of stoneware, stainless steel and cement combined with the advantages of stainless steel components (bottom and lid) with the addition of standard accessories create a high quality product. The benefits of stoneware interior are many: controlled microporosity, absence of leaks, simplified washing, thermal insulation and combined with the advantages of cement. The latter is not in contact with the wine but at the same time gives mass, thermal insulation and structure for large volumes.
